The holy city of Jerusalem, first established as the capital of the nation of Israel thousands of years ago by King David, remains the chosen place by God as the center of activity surrounding the kingdom of the people of the Lord here on earth; Mount Zion has also been established as the eternal city of the living God, connected to heaven itself.
