We cannot tell if every congregation which supposedly gathers together in the name of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ consists entirely of those who have been saved and made anew, only God knows the heart; however, scripture speaks of assemblies within assemblies on earth, and only in heaven will we find perfectly pure gatherings of the upright.
Judges 20:1-3, Lamentations 1:15 and Hebrews 12:22-24.
