There are several occasions in the scriptures where a title appears in 'all caps' as translated by various versions of the bible involving the name of God written as LORD; sometimes it's used as a 'new' name and placed on a designated piece of clothing.
Exodus 28:36, Zechariah 14:20 and Revelation 19:15-16.
