Job Fifteen - Overabundant Fatness
"Though he has covered his face with his fatness, and made his waist heavy with fat, he dwells in desolate cities, in houses which no one inhabits, which are destined to become ruins. He will not be rich, nor will his wealth continue, nor will his possessions overspread the earth," Job 15:27-29, NKJV. #OverabundantFatness
In our day and age we relate the word 'fatness' to obesity and sickness, but that wasn't always the case; in the scriptures, fatness meant a particular type of healthy abundance and was often used when describing the overabundant, overflowing goodness and blessings of God.
Genesis 27:27-29, Psalm 63:3-5 and Romans 11:15-18.
