Genesis Four - Murdering Innocents
"Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him. Then the Lord said to Cain, 'Where is Abel your brother?' He said, 'I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?'" Genesis 4:8-9, NKJV. #MurderingInnocents
The root of all murder, especially of innocent people doing the will of God, has its origin in the death of Abel by his brother Cain; since then, a pattern which shows the servants of God, even Jesus Christ, dying by the hands of evil and wicked men, can clearly be seen throughout the scriptures.
Psalm 10:1-11, Acts 3:14-15 and Romans 11:3.
