Exodus Thirty-Four - Lord Stay

"So Moses made haste and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped. Then he said, 'If now I have found grace in Your sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray, go among us, even though we are a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Your inheritance,'" Exodus 34:8-9, NKJV. #LordStay
Though it is impossible for God to totally depart from a true believer in Jesus Christ, and He has created hell as a real place for those who are not His, there is a certain withdrawal which sometimes takes place, usually as a result of sin, as mentioned in the scriptures; nevertheless Jesus, who is not with us bodily, promised to never leave or forsake us, and any space which comes about between us and Him is probably because of our own doing.
