Leviticus Twenty-Five - Seventh Sabbath
"Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather its fruit; but in the seventh year there shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a sabbath to the Lord. You shall neither sow your field nor prune your vineyard," Leviticus 25:3-4, NKJV. #SeventhSabbath
The seventh day, or sabbath, was instituted by God as a time when all work ceases, and people should rest; the seventh day, or time is also symbolic in scripture as the reference point which marks finality or the end of what once was.
Genesis 2:1-2, Hebrews 4:1-10 and Revelation 11:15-19.
