"And when a man dedicates his house to be holy to the Lord, then the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand. In the past, to generate funds in order to support the system of the temple, certain fees or taxes were often added to properties when offering and redeeming things dedicated to the Lord and later bought back; however, Jesus operated outside that economic structure and spoke of a new spiritual supply we must learn to tap into.
Exodus 30:11-13, 1 Kings 10:14-15 and Matthew 17:24-27.
