Numbers Six - Shaved Head

"And if anyone dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles his consecrated head, then he shall shave his head on the day of his cleansing; on the seventh day he shall shave it," Numbers 6:9, NKJV. #ShavedHead
Shaving one's head or body during purification rites shows an outward, symbolic representation of inner spiritual cleansing; while this practice mostly concerns men, in the scriptures, women who decided not to wear head coverings are instructed to be shorn, as it is shameful for them to worship without a symbol of authority over them.
Genesis 41:14, Job 1:20-21 and Acts 21:23-24.
