Second Samuel Twenty - Wise Women

"Then a wise woman cried out from the city, 'Hear, hear! Please say to Joab, "Come nearby, that I may speak with you."' When he had come near to her, the woman said, 'Are you Joab?' He answered, 'I am.' Then she said to him, 'Hear the words of your maidservant.' And he answered, 'I am listening,'" 2 Samuel 20:16-22, NKJV. #WiseWomen

There is much to be said about wisdom in the Holy Scriptures, with not only God being named as the wisest of all, but it having been listed as one of the most important spiritual gifts given by Him; wisdom is described in extended metaphor as a female in several places of the text and surprisingly, very many passages highlight the wise decision-making of women.
