First Chronicles Twelve - One Mind

"All these men of war, who could keep ranks, came to Hebron with a loyal heart, to make David king over all Israel; and all the rest of Israel were of one mind to make David king. And they were there with David three days, eating and drinking, for their brethren had prepared for them," 1 Chronicles 12:38-39, NKJV. #OneMind
The phrase "one mind" is also found as "perfect heart" in some translations of scripture, and points to the collective unity of a mass group of people, or sometimes a smaller critical mass, who work together toward a common goal; it is the same wording used when the Apostle Paul speaks of the "like-mindedness" all believers in Christ need to have in caring for fellow brethren and also glorifying God.
