First Chronicles Eighteen - Chariot Horsemen

"And David defeated Hadadezer king of Zobah as far as Hamath, as he went to establish his power by the River Euphrates. David took from him one thousand chariots, seven thousand horsemen, and twenty thousand foot soldiers. Also David hamstrung all the chariot horses, except that he spared enough of them for one hundred chariots," 1 Chronicles 18:3-4, NKJV. #ChariotHorsemen
During the ancient times, the primary mode of transportation in the scriptures was the chariot, which consisted of a horse and a carriage; but people also used other types of navigation on boats, camels, mules and donkeys, which the Lord Jesus Christ was said to ride.
