Second Chronicles Fifteen - Restoring God

 

"And when Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and removed the abominable idols from all the land of Judah and Benjamin and from the cities which he had taken in the mountains of Ephraim; and he restored the altar of the Lord that was before the vestibule of the Lord," 2 Chronicles 15:8, NKJV. #RestoringGod

In both natural and spiritual terms, when speaking of the kingdom of God on earth and the inner man in every believer who has been born again, there is and always will be, until Christ makes all things new, the conflict with Satan and his demons who arrive to kill, steal and destroy the most precious things of the Lord; as a result of the damage inflicted, there also comes a restoration, often translated as a rebuilding, renewal or return to what might have been lost, even concerning truth and understanding.
