Second Chronicles Twenty - Gathering Spoil

"When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away their spoil, they found among them an abundance of valuables on the dead bodies, and precious jewelry, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away; and they were three days gathering the spoil because there was so much," 2 Chronicles 20:25, NKJV. #GatheringSpoil
The spoiling, plundering, or gathering of goods and supplies, precious stones, metals, costly jewelry, or even livestock like cattle and sheep in the scriptures usually happened as a reward following victory in battle; it occurred on both sides of wars among the people of Israel, but also speaks to a different type confiscation which takes during spiritual warfare concerning non-material items, such as souls won for Christ or virtues stolen by Satan.
