Second Chronicles Twenty-Three - Security Detail

 

"And the Levites shall surround the king on all sides, every man with his weapons in his hand; and whoever comes into the house, let him be put to death. You are to be with the king when he comes in and when he goes out," 2 Chronicles 23:7, NKJV. #SecurityDetail

While it was rare for a servant of God to work all alone, as it was common for prophets or messengers of God, many did; however, most leaders, especially kings or those given power or authority over an area of land in the scriptures, were surrounded by a security detail of men whose specific job was to protect.
