Psalm One Hundred Thirty-Seven - Dashed Flesh
"O daughter of Babylon, who are to be destroyed, happy the one who repays you as you have served us! Happy the one who takes and dashes your little ones against the rock!" Psalm 137:8-9, NKJV. #DashedFlesh
The animosity the people of Jerusalem had towards Babylon is an example of the hatred believers should feel concerning the work of Satan; by the horrific description given of dashing, or violently striking and tearing up the body, especially the fragile flesh of women and children, we without a doubt can know with certainty how serious God is in regard to spiritual warfare.
2 Kings 8:10-13, Isaiah 13:15-18 and Matthew 4:5-7.
