The word "workers" in scripture is almost always associated with the phrase "workers of iniquity," those who practice, make, and toil at producing evil and lawlessness; God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ stand in direct opposition to those who live participating in wrongdoing, and just as those who truly have been saved and changed inherit the kingdom of God, the unrighteous will forever have a place in hell, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
