Ezekiel Fifteen - Unfruitful Vines

"Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: 'Son of man, how is the wood of the vine better than any other wood, the vine branch which is among the trees of the forest? Is wood taken from it to make any object? Or can men make a peg from it to hang any vessel on? Instead, it is thrown into the fire for fuel; the fire devours both ends of it, and its middle is burned. Is it useful for any work?'" Ezekiel 15:1-4, NKJV. #UnfruitfulVines
Jesus calls Himself the vine, who represents the power and the Spirit of God which brings forth the precious fruit of the grape and its clusters through the mechanism of the people, who are its branches; however, when the branches no longer produce fruit because the people no longer have the Spirit of Christ, scripture says He declares them worthless, and He personally destroys the vineyard.
Jeremiah 8:13, Amos 5:16-17 and John 15:1-8.
