Ezekiel Forty - Cubits Long
"Now there was a wall all around the outside of the temple. In the man’s hand was a measuring rod six cubits long, each being a cubit and a handbreadth; and he measured the width of the wall structure, one rod; and the height, one rod," Ezekiel 40:5, NKJV. #CubitsLong
Measurements are an important part of scripture and one of the most common standards used during the time that the books of the bible were written was the cubit; it was used to describe both distances and the lengths and heights of various structures, from statues and idols to buildings and walls.
2 Chronicles 3:11, Daniel 3:1 and Revelation 21:17.
