Job Two - Upright Men
"Then the Lord said to Satan, 'Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil? And still he holds fast to his integrity, although you incited Me against him, to destroy him without cause,'” Job 2:3, NKJV. #UprightMen
The quality of being upright, also translated as 'blameless' or 'perfect', is a virtue that the Lord speaks highly of; it is not a state of absolute perfection without ever making an error, but rather one who in his or her heart desires and makes an effort to always do what is right before God.
2 Samuel 22:24-28, Psalm 15:1-5 and Galatians 2:11-15.
