Mark Ten - Having Mercy
"Now they came to Jericho. As He went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, 'Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!'" Mark 10:46-47, NKJV. #HavingMercy
We must always recognize that though the Lord Jesus Christ humbled Himself by coming to us in the form of a man, He is, was, and forever will be exalted at the all powerful right hand of the Father in heaven; it is only in His mercy that He relents from any kind of overpowering condition imposed upon us, which of ourselves, we would never be able to overcome.
Exodus 8:8, 2 Kings 5:7-10 and Acts 5:17-20.
