When the word of God is sent forth about things to come in the future, it isn't always given in hidden metaphorical language or parables designed for the hearer to stay at a distance; sometimes prophecies are extremely detailed, delivered by means of prophets, the Holy Spirit, angels and even Jesus Christ Himself.
